      Whenever I want to lose weight fast, dairy and wheat are two things that immediately get chopped from my diet. I also get rid of white sugar, flour and other processed foods. Your body may crave it for the first week. But after that, you settle into a routine.

      When I’m eating like this it seems like my tastebuds come alive. I really get to enjoy the natural flavor of the food I’m eating without all the extras. You may not be able to stick to it all the time. However each time I do the cleanse, I find myself eating healthier and healthier when I come off. For me it’s not a complete lifestyle change, but I am feeling much better than before.

      Cutting out wheat isn’t as hard as you think! I actually cut it out of my diet accidentally, and found that I didn’t really miss it. I just had my fridge so full of other tasty stuff that whenever I was hungry, I would grab a salad or some fruit, and I eat rice more than wheat pasta. I only realized that I had made the switch when I went out to breakfast with a friend and had pancakes, and felt terrible and bloated after. I can’t believe I always felt like that before!
