    OMG, that does sound insane! Can I really burn 1000 calories in just one of these workouts? that idea both scares me, and make me want to try it. I really need to lose some weight fast, I have a cruise coming up and I’m not bikini ready!

    I was once a size 0, four kids, a husband, 2 dogs and a bird later- I am now a size 14! I used to workout 2 hours a day and watch my diet. But sometimes life happens, so I bought this from Amazon since its has over 2000 positive reviews. I hope that it works! I figure that after all I do for my family, they can at least leave me alone for an hour.

      I totally hear you Gina! When I lived in NYC I walked a couple of miles a day, just going to work and doing errands. I was a size 4. I moved out of the city and got married, and now everything is a drive away, rather than a walk. Suddenly, within 2 years, I’m a size 12 :( I still workout, but I guess not enough. I need to make some changes before this gets serious.

    Does anyone know if there is weight restriction on this? I tried p90X but when it came time to do the yoga dvd, I just couldn’t. It seems these programs are made for people that don’t have hundreds of lbs to lose.

      I have a hard time doing the yoga poses too, and I don’t think I’ve way too overweight… practice makes perfect is what I figure. Stick with it, and the weight will fall off :)

    Sorry but Shaun T is so annoying! I prefer P90X, its just as good, if not better. But I do love Hip Hop Abs and that is by Shaun T as well.

    I used to go to the gym, but something always got in the way and I would always make an excuse as to why I couldn’t make it. I ended up with a 2 year contract for a gym membership that I barely used. I saw this infomercial one night so I ordered it, Its has changed my life. I workout in the morning before work. No excuses, only results. I cannot wait to be done the program so I can get my free tshirt.

    I have been doing the Instanity Workout and let me tell you it’s no joke! It takes dedication and commitment. I haven’t worked out in years so I might have gone over my head, I cannot do all the dvds. Instead of giving up I try to do the dvd as far as I can, after that I put on the Plyometric Cardio Circuit. It is my favorite one and I always burn around 850 calories. So far I have lost 23 pounds and my body is getting back super toned.
