  2. So if i’m 70 kg, i should eat min. 70 grams of protein/day, right? So that means i should eat 140 grams of spirulina every day as a “great protein source”. Tell me people why is everyone talks about spirulina’s high protein content, when you eat only 2grams of it daily? Also the PRICE is unbelievably high of this stuff.

  3. Sorry if I sound closed-minded, but I can’t say that the idea of eating algae sounds very appetizing. What does it taste like? I do enjoy vegetables, but the greenish powder that you have pictured there up top doesn’t look at it would have all that much texture…

    • It’s a substance that blends well. It’s like eating ground up dry spinach. Spirulina is just vegetable basically, but almost any plant root extract is good for you. Spirulina is most known for being applied to smoothies (both bottled and fresh).
