    • If you can’t stand the taste of plain water, try herbal teas with lemon (hot or cold). Also, you simply have to just stop buying soda – if you don’t buy it, you won’t drink it. Every time you are tempted visualize yourself bloating up and decide it’s not worth the taste. Give yourself 3 weeks, that’s how long it takes to form a habit

If i must use salt I use sea salt, believe it or not, but sea salt can also help you in weight loss. It helps the body to create digestive juices so that the foods you eat are digested faster, and it helps to prevent buildup in the digestive tract, which eventually can lead to constipation and weight gain.But its still salt so I only use it if I must.

    • To my knowledge they detox the liver and work as a diuretic, I am not certain on this though. Hopefully this helped!

  19. Cortisol levels really do a lot of damage to the body! I knew that they contributed to weight gain, but didn’t realize that a lot of that was just water. They also make the body store more of it’s calories as fat. When your body sees stress, it’s natural instinct is to store as much energy and water to be able to get through a hard time.     • No, you only have to worry about dehydrating yourself if you aren’t replenishing your body with liquids afterwards. Fighters, and wrestlers are losing 20+lbs in only a day or less using techniques like this, that would be unhealthy and dehydrating. Promoting a good sweat while working out is far from unhealthy
